Overall it was well decorated and well-kept with a view.

Everything there were perfect, including really good facilities. Conveniently set next to a cable car station. Nestled walking distance to restaurants and a cinema👌😃

Really enjoyed the price of our double room and its essentials. Next to a cable car station, the location was fantastic and magnificent, in the center of a GREAT location to branch out to different places. Btw, we went to see the lake, it was 5 minutes walk from the hotel.

The location was marvellous, with a cable car station next to the hotel. The property was walking distance to a movie theater and bars. The room was reasonably large, it had a shower, hair dryers, and towels.

Magnificent and unbeatable location next to Ross about a mile walk to the Port area and shopping area. Excellent quality units and highly courteous staff in lobby & room service.

Facilities were excellent, even so Wi-Fi was slow.

Wonderful place, newly decorated rooms, well-mannered staff. Good facilities and nice hot breakfast with wine and ridiculously high prices, as for instance. Excellent location for San Francisco, close enough to great restaurants and Chinatown, Market Street, and Marriott Union Square.

The hotel was fairly clean and wonderful, had absolutely fabulous views of the bay. The location was great, specially it was next to a cable car station which was useful. The movies and bars were walking distance to the place. There were a wide range of restaurants and nice restaurants to choose from.

Great way to end our trip. Upscale venue, friendly attentive and well-mannered staff. Recently refurbished & large unit with 2 double beds, nice shower, for example. Conveniently located to Pier 39. A short walk to San Francisco Playhouse.

Our rooms were newly remodelled and huge with an amazing view, toiletries plus an additional sofa bed. There were coffee/tea making machines and a fridge. Supper friendly team in lobby & room service.

The room was new-fashioned with an exceptionally comfortable bed and Wi-Fi. The hotel was conveniently located walking distance to the movies and bars. It also provided plenty of restaurants and nice restaurants.

The room felt a little too warm and the bathroom was a little small.

Great location, easy to walk around and reach other areas. The doormen were fabulous, always friendly and greeted us with a smile.

The rooms were very small for the price paid, not ideal for a honeymoon. The shower heads were low and the layout of the bathroom was awkward.

Good hotel, good location, the room and the bathroom were very clean. The location was great, we were in San Francisco only for two days and could always walk.
